Volunteer
What you can offer:
One day of your time.
Skilled labor:
We need carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, painters, and contractors to address structural issues like leaking roofs, faulty wiring, and plumbing problems. We supply building materials and the support of other skilled volunteers. You provide your knowledge, experience, and a day of your time. Please bring your tools.
Unskilled labor:
Everyone can help. We need volunteers to help paint, clean, and perform numerous other small household jobs. We provide guidance, all material, and set up teams of 10-20 volunteers at each house. Encourage your friends, families, and co-workers to volunteer, too, and make a great day of it. Many hands make light work! Please wear your work clothes.

What you get:
-
The satisfaction of helping transform the home of a person who otherwise couldn't afford to make much-needed repairs.
-
The camaraderie of the volunteers who you will work with at your house site, and the 150-200 other people who will work on houses in Greater Burlington that day.
-
A t-shirt
-
Free food and drink
Thank you in advance for taking time out of your personal lives to lend a hand in improving the homes of our less fortunate neighbors and helping them remain safe, warm and independent in their homes!
